All costume shipments are sent with tracking from our warehouse in North Carolina State unless otherwise stated in the product description (1-2 days after the order is placed, except custom made items and where stated which can be 2-6 weeks); we use both USPS and UPS. Pick-ups from our shipping warehouse or office are not available.
We will ship your package free of charge if your total order is equal to or more than $99 before the shipping fee and your shipping address is within the continental United States not including AK, military and minor outlying islands.
