Are there any charges for return?
- There is a 20% restocking fee on product subtotal (waived with store credit)
- Original shipping charge, if any, is non-refundable
- You are responsible for return shipping charges back to our warehouse
I need to make an exchange?
1st Option (fast)
- Purchase the replacement item(s) as normal
- Make a return on the items you don't need
- Add your new order number to the return authorization request to have the restocking fee waived
- A refund will be issued for product total to original payment method when the return is received
2nd Option (slower)
- Return your items for a store credit with restocking fee waived
- Checkout credit code is emailed to you for product total upon receipt
- Purchase any exchange items with the checkout code
How do I return?

- Follow the screen instructions and select the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

How soon will I get my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 10 business days. If a store credit is requested, a checkout code is emailed.
1. Pack all the returned items, along with a print off of your confirmation of purchase email, and a note specifying your RMA number securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box, if you prefer.
2. Go to local post office, or another courier of your choice, to ship the package, Return shipping fees are your responsibility on returns. We do not supply return shipping labels as customers may have a carrier preference. Return address for the package:
3. Add the tracking number from the post office or courier to the return authorization. This can be found on your post office receipt. You can keep tracking your package by receiving email updates for the shipment.
IMPORTANT: without carrier tracking a refund can not be issued.
